You must use the "Log out" button when you leave the program. The program is set to time out after 2 hours of no useage. Many subscribers' IP address may change between 2 numbers depending on how your ISP operates. If you don't log out and then login again, your IP address may change and the program still thinks you are logged in (with the previous IP address). When this happens you get a message saying "too many simultaneous users" and you will not be able to login again until the 2 hour time limit is reached. So, please always use the "logout" button when you exit TJD Online.
